Heavy snow in New England has cancelled everything from businesses, government to schools. 16-20″ of snow has been forecasted for the area with 30-40mph winds. There are reports of ThunderSnow in SouthEastern Connecticut with snowfall rates of over 2″ per hour. This storm is expected to rapidly intensify off of the Southern New England coast
